Our office hours can accommodate most any schedule. We know that your time is important, and we work to ensure that your visit happens as professionally and quickly as possible.

Monday - 9am-7pm
Tuesday - 8am-5pm
Wednesday - 10am-7pm winter hours (8am-5pm summer hours)
Thursday - 8am-5pm
Friday - CLOSED
Saturdays - 8am-12pm

Emergency and After Office Hours:
At our office, we understand that emergencies do happen.  Dr. Levine is available for all our patients for emergency and after hours visits.  During regular business hours call 440-248-6684, after regular hours please call 216-544-4375.  Dr. Levine will return your call as soon as possible.

Payment Options:
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances, and the Care Credit Patient Payment Plan. We also have a senior citizen courtesy. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (440) 248-6684.

Accepted Insurance Carriers:
We accept most traditional insurance plans. We will be more than happy to file your claim for you. We do not participate in managed care plans, but we would be happy to submit your claim as an out of network provider. Please contact our office to verify that we accept your special plan.
